Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the kedai888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include online banking transfers via FPX, local e-wallets, and other approved payment methods as updated from time to time.
Deposit
Deposits made into a kedai888 account are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate before confirming any transaction. kedai888 is not liable for failed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the verified bank account registered under the user's name. Processing times are within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the selected method. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply depending on the method chosen. kedai888 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for any taxes or statutory obligations relating to winnings or transactions conducted through this platform. kedai888 does not act as a tax agent on behalf of users.

Account Suspension & Closure
Kedai888 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, platform abuse, or any unlawful activity. In cases where an account is closed due to fraud, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation or forfeited entirely, subject to the outcome of that investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to the verified bank account once all applicable conditions have been met.
Amendments to These Terms
Kedai888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
